1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. 

During high-demand periods sales, holidays, product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time

We currently ship to:

>🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates- 8-10 days(currently suspended)

>🇺🇸 United States of America (USA)- 8-9 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or high shipping volume.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

>Free shipping on orders

>Promotional free shipping during special campaigns

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

>We will investigate with the courier

If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer:

>A replacement, or

>A refund (case-by-case basis)

7. Split Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This is normal and you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
